This builds their confidence and frees up your time. Chase matters weekly and keep clients informed to avoid unnecessary follow-ups.”
She also emphasises the importance of building strong professional relationships: “Maintain good working relationships with other conveyancers, agents, and mortgage brokers. We’re all aiming for the same thing—reaching completion!”
