Clifton Ingram advises Key Properties & Nike Construction on Amen Corner land sale

Clifton Ingram’s Commercial Property team has advised on the sale of land at Amen Corner, Bracknell owned by Key Properties and Nike Construction to Persimmon Homes.

Persimmon is seeking planning permission for the 36 acres of prime residential development land as a site for over 300 dwellings.
