Clifton Ingram is delighted to announce the promotion of Rashi Dawson, a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Law department, to Partner. Based in the Reading office, Rashi’s promotion highlights her outstanding legal expertise and her vital role in the continued growth and success of the firm's family law practice.
This promotion coincides with an exciting period of expansion for the Reading office, which is also set to welcome a new solicitor this month. The appointment will bolster a formidable team that includes the firm’s Senior Partner and Head of Family Law, Anne Deller. Together, they will continue to build on the firm’s reputation as a leader in family law across the Thames Valley and Surrey, with offices in Reading, Wokingham and Farnham.
Rashi brings over a decade of specialised experience in family law, with a strong focus on high-net-worth financial matters involving complex business structures and foreign assets. She has also successfully managed disputes between unmarried couples and cases involving children, often representing clients in court with an empathetic and clear approach. Her expertise extends to advising on pre-marital and cohabitation agreements, ensuring her clients' assets are protected.
In addition to her legal practice, Rashi has cultivated strong relationships with local accountants and financial advisers, further enhancing the value she brings to her clients. She is also an active committee member on the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Committee and serves as a committee member for Resolution in Oxford.
Anne praised Rashi’s promotion, commenting, "Rashi has been a key figure in the success of our family law department, consistently demonstrating legal excellence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. Her work is outstanding, and she brings both compassion and clarity to her clients during challenging times. I am confident that her promotion to Partner will be a driving force as we continue to grow our team."
“We are thrilled to have Rashi join the partnership,” said Jonathan Foulds Managing Partner of Clifton Ingram. “Her contribution to date has been invaluable, and her promotion is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. As an integral part of Clifton Ingram’s highly respected family law team, she will continue to play a central role in the firm’s future growth.
