Finalist of Young Property Professional of the Year

Lewis Djemal, Senior Associate in Clifton Ingram’s Commercial Property team, has been named as a finalist in the ‘Young Property Professional of the Year’ category at the 2017 Thames Valley Property Awards.

Lewis has risen from trainee to Senior Associate in six years. Some recent examples where he has taken lead role at Clifton Ingram include:

  • Rude Health Foods on the lease of their new London HQ and also their first Rude Health café
  • Roc Search on the lease of their new 3,300 sqft London offices in London
  • A conditional contract for sale of land subject to planning for 36 units for over £4m

The Thames Valley Property Awards presided over by radio and television presenter John Inverdale, is one of the largest property events in the region. The winner of ‘Young Property Professional of the Year’ will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on 11 May.
