Chloe Bennett

Chloe Bennett is a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Property team based in Farnham. She has experience in all areas of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Chloe holds a CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Paralegal) and is currently working towards her CLC Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, furthering her expertise in the field.

Before joining Clifton Ingram, Chloe gained valuable experience as a paralegal in the residential conveyancing department of another firm from 2021 to 2023. Since joining us, Chloe has become an integral member of our team, earning a promotion to Conveyancing Executive in November 2024.
