Kate Gurney

Kate brings nearly a decade of expertise in residential property law to Clifton Ingram. Over the course of her career, she has developed a wealth of experience in conveyancing, including transfers of equity, help to buy and a wide range of sales and purchases.

Known for her approachable and detail-oriented nature, Kate is committed to guiding clients through the conveyancing process with clarity and efficiency. She is a qualified Paralegal and a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), having studied with CILEX Law School. Kate is currently undertaking additional study with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).

Kate’s practical understanding of residential property transactions, combined with her dedication to excellent client care, ensures a seamless experience for her clients.
