Lisa Lee

Lisa specialises in family law and has a varied practice including divorce and separation, the financial issues that arise as a result of a relationship breakdown, domestic abuse, issues between unmarried couples and all children matters (including public law work).

Lisa has particular experience in complex children act matters, including those involving serious allegations of harm towards a parent or a child and cases where a children’s guardian or the local authority are involved.

She volunteers at the local Citizens Advice surgery and regularly gives presentations on divorce to divorcing couples. She is a member of the Thames Valley Family Law Society.

Lisa has specialised in family law since 2012. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018 and a Solicitor in 2019. She has a Law degree and has completed the Legal Practice Course, both at the University of Plymouth.
