Mehreen Rahim-Bux

Mehreen is a valued member of our Family Law team, based in Reading. Since beginning her legal career in 2019, Mehreen has developed a specialised focus on family law, handling a variety of complex and sensitive matters including domestic abuse, child arrangements, divorce, and financial disputes.

Mehreen completed her LLB at De Montfort University, Leicester, followed by her LPC at City University, London. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2024 and brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at National Legal Service, where she focused on Family, Care, and Domestic Abuse law.

Throughout her career, Mehreen has managed a diverse caseload. She is experienced in representing a broad range of clients, including applicants, respondents, and extended family members such as grandparents. Her commitment to securing positive outcomes is reinforced by her ability to foster trust with clients, offering clear guidance during challenging times.

Mehreen's expertise extends to working with local authorities and other experts to navigate care proceedings, safeguarding children's interests, and following court directions meticulously.

In addition to her legal knowledge, Mehreen is known for her strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage complex legal processes. She frequently collaborates with barristers and attends advocacy meetings to ensure her clients receive comprehensive support and representation.
